- Will I definitely get a table if I set an alarm? We can't guarantee a table will be available when you receive the alert, as bookings happen in real time on the brewery's site. However, our system ensures you'll be notified instantly if a matching slot opens up.
- How can I test if the alerts work? For proof of concept, you can check the available reservation pages right now. Set up a test alarm for a popular tent and monitor known availability changes.
- What if the table is taken before I book? We only mirror the breweries' own reservation pages, so there's a chance the table could be booked by someone else before you click the link. Act fast!
- Will I be able to make a reservation without a paying account? Yes! You will be notified when a table becomes available, with a 10 minute delay. However, if you want you are going for more premium slot timed (Evening slots or weekends), the chances are slim without a premium account.
- I dont want to download an app, can I use only web? Yes! You can use the service in the web browser. However, push notifications only work in an app, so you have to activate e-mail or SMS notifications in order to get notified (requires a premium account).
