Welcome to Oktoberfest Table Alert ("Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, web service, and any related features.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Oktoberfest Table Alert is an independent availability alert and event registration service. We help users discover Oktoberfest events/tents and receive timely notifications when tables become available.Actual bookings and payments are always completed on external tent or event websites. We do not sell tickets or handle bookings ourselves.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Premium features are offered via auto-renewing subscriptions through RevenueCat and the App Store/Google Play billing systems.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account at least 24 hours before renewal.
• We do not store or process payment card details ourselves.

4. Notifications and Alerts

You may receive push notifications and (if you choose) SMS alerts. You can manage or disable these at any time in your device settings or app preferences.

5. User Conduct and Content

• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass others.
• You are solely responsible for any content you post or share through the Service.
• We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, logos, and designs are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that table alerts will always be accurate or that tables will be available. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or any external booking sites.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Sweden.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
